Ida’s Items
Walking a Florentine street in cognac penny loafers

Collection N°1 · Autumn 2026

Ritorno
dall’Italia

Thirty-odd pairs, carried home from Italy. When they’re gone, they’re gone.

A shoemaker's bench in Florence

The Oltrarno, Florence. September 2026.

The Journey

Chosen by hand, one pair at a time.

This autumn Ida spent five weeks travelling from Florence to the Amalfi coast, visiting the small workshops that still make shoes the slow way. She tried on every pair, met every maker, and brought home only the ones she couldn’t stop thinking about.
